PUDDLE OF MUDD KICKS ASS AGAIN

Ten years feels like kinda way too much waiting, but the new Puddle Of Mudd album definitely worthed this ride.

The group led by frontman Wes Scantlin is one of the all-time favorites band of mine, so excuse me for being a little bit biased about the new album entitled 'Welcome To Galvania' in this detailed 10/10 review.

The album starts with a heavy guitar riff coming from straight outta hell. Have to admit that it reminded me a bit of the band called Kyuss' heaviness. As a long time fan first I was afraid about what to expect, but as the song was building up a whole new Puddle Of Mudd musical world emerged from that one heavy as hell riff. I was convienced and started being blown away by the new Puddle Of Mudd opening song 'You Don't Know'.

The second song 'Uh Oh' it's an easy going laugh my ass off (lol baby) Puddle Of Mudd hit song. Camera rolling on this one, the official video aired on YouTube [date]. Some could say it's a low budget video, but if you think modern and have a lil' bit of sense of humor you will deadly dig it. Yeah, this song is different from the others featured throughout the album, but hey, we are here to have some fun anyway! Here it comes:

As the album is progressing forward thousands of colors, shades appear in a perfect mix of lightness and darkness on the forever changing beautiful musical horizon of Puddle Of Mudd.

'Times Of Our Lives' brings chill out verse parts and brilliant changes leading to an absolute fulfillment.

'Sunshine' brings me a feeling that reminds me two words, dirt and diamonds at the very same time. Beautifully rusted rhythms and melodies.

The best thing about 'Welcome To Galvania' is that you can very easily lose yourself and slide deep into the whole album even from the very first listen. Happened to me anyway. :)

If I had to pick only one song (for whatever reason) I would put on 'Slide Away' which can be considered a real 2019 Puddle Of Mudd style ending of an album. The song is just simply can't let me go, simply genius.

So to sum it all up I have to say that after thirty years of listening every genre of music day by day I thought nothing can really surprise me anymore, but Puddle Of Mudd's 'Welcome To Galvania' did that. BIG F@CKIN' THANK YOU GUYS! 10/10! CHEERS!

FEEDER - TALLULAH NEW ALBUM 2019

Exciting as only a new Feeder album can be musically speaking when very few groups can achieve innovative songwriting by new melodies that's the place and time where front man Grant Nicholas and co. comes in the picture.

Feeder is so unique since they can always take every each of their album to the next level.

Billions of colorful spectrum comes into my mind as I'm listening the album over and over again.

The first song entitled 'Youth' hits me like a real taste of sweet summer ocean waves. Lyrics are so cool for the song building up a great up cheering mood.

Beautifully crafted up cheering sadness touches me as the album rolling through the second song entitled 'Blue Sky Blue'.

'Daily Habit' frees you up from all those stressful grey working days and takes you to a special dreamy place where only Feeder can take you.

The first half of the album is quite up cheering which is something I personally subjectively speaking really appreciate about the 'Tallulah'.

Although 'Rodeo' and even the title song 'Tallulah' touch a bit of sadness, those feelin' blue moments done Feeder style 2019.

If I had to pick only one song than it would be 'Guillotine'. That's the most genius one on the album, well according to me. :)

Upcoming song titles including 'Kyoto', 'Kite', 'Windmill' are deeper, more of the thought raising side of the band. Song structures are awesome, melodies kick in instantly as creativity flows at the highest level at the Feeder band camp.

'Lonely Hollow Days' is something indescribable. Lonely acoustic guitar flowing with Grant's voice. The melodies feels so much pain, but the song itself gives so much hope. This is one of a kind of controversy from my point of view which thinking forward can make the human world a better place hopefully sooner than later. If you feel like think about it while you listening to the beautifully crafted melodies and lyrics.

To sum it up Feeder's 2019 release 'Tallulah' gives you the invaluable experience of dreaming with your eyes open or closed throughout any of those days touched with happiness or sorrow.

Thank you for this release! 10/10

Paul Gilbert Behold Electric Guitar Album Review

Paul Gilbert is back with an insanely sweet, cool, totally unique sounding musical fusion played and recorded at the highest level Behold Electric Guitar.

Making solo records since 1998, being world famous with the band called Mr. Big, having a musical project like Racer X, countless special guest appearance with highly anticipated artist both on records and live, doing guitar instructional videos with invaluable knowledge share, Paul Gilbert is one of the hardest working guys in the music industry, if not the most hard working. His talent is beyond words.
I do believe with his intangible musical talent, techniques and capabilities Paul Gilbert will never get bored surprising us real true music listeners with something totally new and fresh like he did with his latest solo record Behold Electric Guitar again.

On Behold Electric Guitar mixes musical genres and styles like Blues, Rock, Jazz, Fusion, Funky and beyond just as smooth as a bird flies. Mixing up and using the mentioned musical root styles results in a very unique Paul Gilbert feeling, mood with real sweet fulfillment for the true music listener throughout the album.

Overall I do believe he's a magician who happens to play the electric guitar like no other person on this planet. He knows all the tricks, mastered all the scales, can feel an inspiration from anything really that touches, motivates or moves him even just a little bit and turns that tiny, little things to sweet or hard, touching deep inside instrumental music. When touching the wah-wah guitar pedal, that's I guess my favorite special thing about this album, because the way as Paul Gilbert uses it gives another unbelievable new dimension and also layer of flowing with the music deeper, deeper and beyond any other kind of feeling.

Yes, as you already see I happen not to go song by song as usual in my reviews, rather just feel all the energy coming from the record and I feel like I totally united with the universe of music once again. Well, maybe not just the universe of music, but the all the stars, the sweet happiness and sadness throughout this beautiful universe of ours. Thank you Paul Gilbert for this release of greatness for the music listeners again in 2019! 10/10 ---- can we go any higher with points? :)
